Cathy Anderson
Cathy Anderson is a seasoned leader in youth development with 30 years of experience working in community agencies and schools. She has dedicated her career to supporting youth and families facing adversity, bringing her ability in program development and leadership to create lasting, positive change. From entry level roles to senior leadership positions, Cathy has built and implemented effective programs that serve those most in need.
Through her consulting business, Caleidoscope Youth Development Consulting, Cathy continues to champion youth development, providing guidance and innovative solutions to organizations striving to support young people and their families in their communities. Her deep understanding of the complexities of human services, combined with her passion for creating sustainable, supportive, and nurturing environments, makes her a sought-after leader and mentor.
Having worked directly with families in challenging and stressful circumstances, Cathy understands the emotional toll this work can take. She is a strong advocate for self-care as a critical part of supporting professional competency in the field.
Cathy is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Services, specializing in Leadership and Organization, showing the level of her commitment to creating meaningful impact and fostering resilience in both individuals and organizations.
